Thank you for shopping with us at Vinyl Mine. Our products are custom-made to order ensuring our highest quality and the fastest possible delivery to your address.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Once production is complete, the following estimated transit times apply:

United Kingdom

Free Shipping: 4–9 business days total

United States

Free Shipping: 5–9 business days total

European Union

Free Shipping: 3–7 business days total

Japan

Free Shipping: 5–11 business days total

2. Shipment Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been handed over to the carrier. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier's system.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Our system automatically routes your order to the nearest fulfillment center where your item is in stock (USA, EU, UK and Japan). In most cases, this allows your order to ship domestically and avoid customs fees.

However, if a specific product or color variant is out of stock locally and must be shipped across borders:

  • You are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • Fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we cannot refund the original shipping cost.

4. Damages, Misprints, and Lost Packages

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing issues.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement.

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but is missing, please check with your neighbours or local post office. We are not liable for packages lost after the carrier confirms delivery, but please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
